Unable to Sign In to Xbox Series X or Series S

Verify your Internet Connection

To do so check if all the smart device easily connects to the internet, if yes! The issue lies in the device. If no! Then troubleshoot your internet connection by switching it off and on. After that verify if Xbox Series S or X is able to log in.

Check the Status of Xbox Live

To get access to all the online services you need good Xbox Live Status, no matter you have a Game pass or ultimate subscriber of Xbox Live. If the status is down, you need to wait until Microsoft fixes it.

Re-enter Credentials

Most of the users use the wrong credential so ensure you are using the write credential. And most probably you use the same credential in Xbox which you use in Live.com, Microsoft.com, and Outlook.com. So try to use the same and verify if it works. If not, then you need to change your password.

Sign-in Using Controller

Verify Connection on your Xbox Series S or X

  • Go to Profile & System.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Select General.
  • Navigate Network Settings.
  • Tap Test Network Connection.
  • Tap This Controller Signs In, and select your native profile.

Restart your Xbox Series X or S Console
