Solution#1. Check OS Version

Animated Art not showing on Spotify could be due to various reasons, one of the reasons is outdated OS. To resolve it, all you need to do is update your Android OS. To do so, follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Head to the Settings App on your device.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Software Update.

Step 3: Tap on Download and Install. Now, let your device check for updates. If available, tap on Install Now.

Solution#2. Check Internet Connection

Solution#3. Force quit Spotify

Solution#4. Update Spotify App
