Disable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS

  2. Tap on Always On Display button to turn it off. It looks like a Watch.

Disable Voice Assistants

Voice Assistants like S Voice and Bixby always proactively respond to your commands. We don’t need to press any button to wake up S Voice or Bixby Assistant, however, this comes at a cost of continuous battery consumption. The more power it drains, the more it will overheat.

  1. Go to the Bixby Voice or S Voice in your Galaxy Watch 5.
  2. Tap on three dots.
  3. Turn Off Voice Wake-Up.

Check Storage Space

Get rid of unnecessary apps and data from Samsung Watch 5. The Watch is not designed to store blocks of data, but only the necessary ones. Here’s how to free up storage space in Samsung Watch 5.

  1. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app in your phone.
  2. Tap About Gear or About Watch.
  3. Select Storage.
  4. Tap Clean Now.
  5. The system will give you a quick view of how much storage is consumed by apps, images, videos, etc.
  6. From there you can take action accordingly to delete the data.

Reset Watch

  3. Select Find My Watch > Set Security Key.
  4. Select Reset Watch and Reset it.

  1. Open Settings > General > Reset > Done.
