Themes are one of the best parts of any device as they offer the customization and personalization of the device according to our needs. At the same point, it offers a piece of satisfaction while using the phone. Moreover, there are different varieties of free and paid themes available on the Galaxy store, and one of my favorites is Snowy Valley UX. But unfortunately, after downloading the theme, this Samsung theme didn’t work on my phone.

Fix Samsung Theme Not Working Issue
Restart Phone
No matter whatever the issue is either app keeps crashing or else the Samsung theme does not apply to the message a simple restart of phone will work great if there are minor bugs causing such type of problem. To restart the phone simply, follow the given below steps.
- Press the Power Button to feature Power Off Menu.
- From the Power Off Menu, select Green Start Option.
Force Stop Galaxy Theme
Another basic and well-to-try solution to Galaxy theme not working is to force stop the application. As of now and forever, there is a chance that there are some tasks running in the background causing misbehaving of the application. What I would to say is that the Samsung theme not apply to the message encountered on my S22, and simply Sign-Out and In from the Samsung account works for me. That’s I recommend performing this on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings > Account And Backup.
- Select Account > Samsung Account.
- Hit Personal Info > Three Dot Icon present on the right upper corner > Remove Account.
After completion of the procedure wait for a while and then once again Sign-In using the credential.
Clear Cache For Galaxy Theme
Unlike the other application, the Galaxy theme app also stores the cache for better performance. But if there is a huge or unneedy accumulation of cache in the application; results into misbehaving of the application as it gets corrupted. Luckily, the Clearing Cache of Galaxy Theme application results in a positive outcome for many users. So try luck with this troubleshooting step.
- Navigate to the Settings > Apps.
- Swipe down and select Galaxy Theme > Storage > Clear Cache.

- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Search for Galaxy Theme App > Three-Dot Icon located at the right top.
- Choose Uninstall Updates.
Update Phone
Keeping the device filled with an outdated version of OS is one of the common reasons for Samsung theme parks not working. Is your device consuming an outdated version of OS? If that’s so, update it right now by following the below-mentioned steps.
- Go to Settings > Software Update > Download And Install.
Boot to Safe Mode
Most of the Samsung device users fill their phones with applications either from an unverified or verified source. Most of the time, those applications are bad coded or corrupted. Due to this, they start altering with features of phones. Thus we can consider this issue behind the Samsung theme not loading. To verify whether the third-party application is causing the issue or not, simply boot up your device to safe mode. As in safe mode, all third-party applications are not allowed to function.
- Press the Power Button to feature Power Off Menu.
- From the Power Off Menu, keep pressing on the Power Off Icon.
Doing so, will feature Green Safe Mode Icon, tap on it. Reset App Preference
Still, if the issue persists, go with resetting app preference to solve the Samsung theme app not working. Here are the steps to do so.
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Select Three-Dot Icon > Reset App Preference.
