Procedure 5: Backup Files and Perform the Master Reset

How can I perform Master Reset?

  1. Press the Power Key until the menu turns up.
  2. Select Restart two time.
  3. Press Volume High Key, Bixby Key and Power key after the appearance of the Samsung logo.
  4. Free all Keys when Recovery Mode appears.
  5. In Recovery Mode pick out “Wipe data/Factory Reset”.
  6. Using Volume Keys scroll down and Power Key select the option.
  7. Select “YES” by using Power Key.
  8. By using Power Key select “Reboot System Now”.
